My career in the automobile industry started before my 16th birthday with mowing the grass around the dealership; there used to be a lot more grass, and sweeping the lot. After receiving my driver’s license I started in the clean-up department where I spent most of my time until I graduated from Millersville University. During my school years I also served as a Honda PDI tech, Pontiac salesperson, and Pontiac Parts counterperson. I also spent a lot of time as the nighttime receptionist. After college I became a full time salesperson until assuming the role as Pontiac Sales Manager. In 1985 when my father decided it was time to retire from the day-to-day operations of the dealership I became the General Manager. I have been involved with the New Car Dealers of Pennsylvania as a director of PAA for 14 years and served as chairman in 2006. I currently serve on the Board of the PAA Foundation as chair of the Education/Scholarship Committee. I have been a Member of the Lancaster Lions for over 20 years and serve on the Board of SABVI, SABVI Foundation, and the American Heart Association. I live in Lancaster with my wife Donna and our two sons Kris and Kyle. My two sons work at the dealership and represent the fourth generation of our family business. My hobbies include restoring and collecting antique and classic cars, woodworking, and playing guitar.

At the age of 20 in 1979 I started my career with the Jones Dealerships as a Technician. About a year later I moved into sales as a Salesperson for about four years. In 1985 I became the Finance Manager until I was promoted to GMC Sales Manager. I served in this position until 1989 when I became General Sales Manager, and in 1999 became the General Manager. In 2011, I took on the role of President of Operations. The combination of my career began in Junior High when I washed cars at a Ford dealership in Philadelphia plus attending an extracurricular automotive class at Vo-Tech school. I live in Hempfield with my wife, Pam, and have three daughters and six Grandchildren. My hobbies include boating, water skiing and spending time with my family.

I have grown up around the car business my whole life. My father was a big influence for me and led me down the automotive path. My career at Jones started when at sixteen years old cleaning cars in our recon department. While attending Millersville University for Business Management I worked in the Honda Parts Department. After graduation I sold Pontiacs and Buicks for a little over a year then I was promoted to Business Manger for our Honda Store. I then had the pleasure of moving to Acura and serving as the Acura Sales Manager. In 2011, I was promoted to the role of General Manager. I live in Strasburg spending most of my time off competing in events with my Acura RSX. My hobbies include playing guitar, modifying/collecting cars and bikes, and helping my father restore his antique cars.

As a teenager and into my early 20’s I started my career with Jones in the office working as a Receptionist and helping within the office. I then attended West Chester University and graduated with my Bachelors in Education and began working with young children in the behavioral health field. In March of 2011 I once again joined the Jones Family as the title clerk until December of 2011 when I moved into my current position as the Internet Manager and Honda EXCELL Facilitator. When I am not at work I spend most of my time gardening and making trips to West Chester and Philadelphia to visit friends and family. My goal here at Jones is to help make your Internet “shopping” as “Quick, Easy, and Pleasant…” as possible. For the last 14 years I have dedicated myself to helping the local golfer better realize his/her golf ambitions. Exceeding their needs with great equipment and great advice, many became clients and many became friends. I was blessed by the opportunity to meet so many wonderful folks. When I was faced with finding a new career I knew there were things this next job would have to be. First, I needed to be in sales, working with clients face to face helping buyers make good informed choices. I also needed products I truly believed in. Finally, I needed to work for and with people as committed as I am to great customer service and unquestioned integrity. Imagine my good fortune to find all these at Jones Acura. Your attitude determines your altitude and that is how I start each and everyday. I came about the Jones Family of Dealerships team while I was in my last semester at Millersville University. I must admit it was very difficult being a full time college student and working full time as an Acura Sales Associate but by the grace of God I managed. Along the way gained a lot of strong attributes that allows me to go above and beyond for each one and everyone of my clients. I believe that my personal characteristics are parallel with the culture of the Jones Family of Dealerships meaning you will receive nothing less excellent service and above par enthusiasm for the different products that I will present to you. Being a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. I learned that a person should seek achievement in every field of human endeavor meaning be the best in everything that you do. I strive to make it my duty to practice integrity and making sure that I am ethical in all of my dealings. My name is Drue Miles. I am very new to Jones and couldn't be happier. Servicing this area for more than half a century, Jones welcomed me with open arms as they have for the excellent staff that I am privileged to be a part of. I am originally from this area, attending local Penn Manor High School. After pursuing an interest in football my first two years of college at Millersville University, I transferred to West Virginia University where I finished my undergraduates studies in December of 2009. I will be completing my Masters Degree in Integrated marketing Communications in the fall of 2012. During my time on the athletic playing field, I have found many parallels between athletic competition and the workplace. Those of you have been there I'm sure can relate. I believe this attributed to my development as a an individual as well as the never-ending advancement of character. In the same regard, school is very important to me and I always acknowledge and value the importance of higher education. I have a great passion for athletics, theater and any kind of live performance. I love skiing in the winter months and enjoying the beach when the summer permits. I began my career at Jones Dealerships in 1996 washing cars. In 1997, I moved to the Honda parts department before transferring to the Acura parts department in 1998. In 1999, I assumed the position of service consultant at Acura. I served in this position until 2012 when I became a sales associate. I am a graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and reside in Manheim Township. I am married and have three children. In my spare time, I enjoy fine dining and world traveling.

I’ve spent the last 7 years working in the golf industry. Most recently I worked at Meadia Heights Golf Club as the first assistant golf professional. Prior to that, I worked at Lebanon Country Club, and part time with Craig Smoot at Pro Golf. I’m happy to be working with Craig again, and I intend to bring energy, enthusiasm, and fun to the Acura team. In my free time, I of course enjoy playing golf. I spend most of my time with my daughter, Kaidyn, who is 8. She attends Denver Elementary, in the Cocalico school district. I try to catch her softball and soccer games, and enjoy challenging her in Mario Kart on the Wii. I am an avid sports fan, cheering for all Philadelphia based teams. This is an entirely new venture for me, and I’m excited at the opportunities that lie ahead. I have many years of customer service experience to draw from, and I will continue learning how to best meet the needs of my clients. I plan on spending many years here at Jones building a satisfied clientele, and enjoying a rewarding career.

My automotive career began in 1977 at a local import dealer first as a technician then as a service advisor. I remained there until 1985 when I was offered the position of Service Manager of a Honda franchise in Lebanon PA. In 1987 I returned to Lancaster to become Parts & Service Director of the new high line Honda division known as Acura. The franchise was purchased by the Jones family in 1990, and has continued to grow ever since. When I am not at the dealership, I can be found living in Lancaster Township with my wife Cindy. We enjoy golf, college football, and traveling to visit our 5 children.

I grew up in Lancaster all my life and graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School in 2010. I started my life after high going to Thaddeus Stevens and studied automotive technology. While I was in school I ran the warehouse for Pep Boys for 3 years and loved working with cars. In 2012, I began my career here at The Jones Family of Dealerships and joined the Jones Acura team as a Service Advisor. In my free time i spend my time with family and friends and also working on cars. I am also the youngest of six kids and have a huge family that never stops moving. I am a very active person with my church and previous schools, Lancaster Cathoilc and Thaddeus Stevens. I enjoy helping them with numerous things within the community.

I was born and raised in Lancaster County. I attended and graduated from Manheim Township in 2003. After high school, I started my career at the Jones family later that year. I worked in the parts department from 2003-2013. Following the parts department I am now in the current position of a service advisor. In my free time I play in flag football leagues and enjoy playing and watching sports.

I began my automotive career in 1977 at a local import franchise first as a technician then as a service advisor. I remained there until 1985 when I was offered the position of Service Manager of a Honda franchise in another city. I returned to Lancaster in 1987 to become Parts & Service Director of the Acura franchise. I live in Lancaster Township with my son Andy. I also have a daughter Jill who lives in Florida. I came to Jones with 12 years of automotive parts experience; having worked at independent auto parts stores, and other local dealerships. I then worked in the Honda Parts Department for 14 years. Recently, I've moved to the Acura Parts Department. While not at work, I usually enjoy repairing, or modifying a car project, or two. I also compete in local, regional, and national motor sports events, and instruct in some driver training schools in the area.

I was born in Lancaster in 1967. I am the youngest of 3 children. My automotive career began upon the enrollment in the auto mechanics program at the Willow Street Vocational School. Prior to my graduation in 1985, I placed 2nd with my teammate in the Plymouth AAA trouble shooting contest. My employment began at Jones in 1987 as a technician in the GM service department. Before my advancement to a service adviser in 1989, I became an ASE certified master automobile technician. In 1991 I had the opportunity to become the Body Shop Manager. I completed my auto estimatics training at Vale National training center in December of 1991. In the following years I have become ASE certified in collision repair/refinishing. I am currently certified thru the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair. I have continued my training thru NADA, PPG, DuPont, and Masters School of Autobody Management. I reside in Manheim Township with my wife Tammy. Together we have 3 children Kyle, Kaitlyn, and Keaton. I enjoy outdoor activities including swimming with my family.

I have been at Jones for 16 years, spending the last 6 years as an Estmator and Advisor. I am married to my wife, Lisa, for 23 years and we have 2 sons- Rusty and Brady. We also have 2 German Shorthair Pointers named Brynx and Bently. On the weekends you can usually find me in my yard or camping with my family.

While growing up in Manheim, I have always been fascinated by anything that has wheels but my love for the automobile started with the freedom of driving. Quickly I found, or made excuses to tinker on any and every vehicle I could get my hands on. My formal education in automotive service started my senior year in high school at Lancaster County Career and Technology Center in Willow Street. While still in High School I started my career with the Jones Family of Dealerships in December 2000 as a service technician in our GM service department. After finishing school I continued my education in General Motors Automotive Service Program and spent five years as a service technician, and another six years as a service advisor. Expanding my knowledge to all fields of the automotive industry I made the move to the body shop in March of 2011 and am now estimating automotive collision damage. I live in Millersville with my wife and two children and look forward to many more years at the Jones Family of Dealerships and any new opportunity that may come along with it.
