  1. Question:
    Must I obtain three estimates?

    Answer:
    Generally, no. Unless your policy states otherwise, no one can
    Tell you to obtain more than one estimate. You, as the car owner,
    May do so, should you desire.

  2. Question:
    I was told that I must take my car to a certain repair shop. Must I do this?

    Answer:
    Generally, no. No one can force you to go to a certain repair shop
    Unless your policy states otherwise.

  3. Question:
    I do not believe I was at fault in the auto accident. Should I use my own collision policy or try to collect from the other party?

    Answer:
    Try to collect from the other party because you will not have to pay a deductible. Also, if you use the other person’s policy, you may be entitled to a rental car while your car is being repaired, and
    No accident should be charged against your policy.

  4. Question:
    Can you save my deductible?

    Answer:
    No. Your deductible amount is an agreement between you, the policyholder, and your insurance company and represents the portion of a claim that you have agreed to pay.

  5. Question:
    Will Jones Body Shop report my accident to carfax?

    Answer:
    No. At Jones Body Shop, your repairs and service records are confidential and are not shared with anyone except your insurance company at your direction.

  6. Question:
    Will my car be the same as before the accident?

    Answer:
    Yes. Jones Body Shop will repair your car back to your vehicle’s manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations.

  7. Question:
    Will the paint match the rest of the car?

    Answer:
    Yes. At Jones, we mix all our paint in house to ensure a perfect match to the paint on your car. We use a computerized paint matching system and the finest materials available to help us make a perfect match.

  8. Question:
    Do you have a courtesy shuttle?

    Answer:
    Yes. Jones Family of Dealerships offers our customers pick-up and drop-off service.

  9. Question:
    Do you have rental or loaner cars?

    Answer:
    No. But we can assist our customers with their rental needs thru Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
